These terms cover the Smile VPN Android app and smilethaivpn.com. Installing or using either one means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. 1. Who may use it၁. ဘယ်သူ သုံးနိုင်လဲ
You must be allowed by the law where you live to agree to these terms, and you must meet any minimum age that law sets. 2. What the service is၂. ဝန်ဆောင်မှုက ဘာလဲ
Smile VPN is an ad-supported Android VPN. It routes only the supported packages that are installed on your phone: Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and their Lite or Business editions. At least one of those apps must be installed before a connection can start. Every other app stays on the phone’s normal network. A session lasts the number of minutes configured for that path and shown in the app. The free path and the path after a completed rewarded ad can have different lengths. The clock runs while that session is open. If you disconnect, if the connection fails, or if the time runs out, that session is closed. The next successful connect starts a new session. 3. Temporary keys၃. ယာယီ key
An access key is a limited credential so the app can open the tunnel. It is requested when a session starts, used by the VPN engine, and removed from the app’s files when the tunnel is up and again when you disconnect. It is not shown as a copyable string in the app and it is not part of the public server list. 4. Acceptable use၄. လက်ခံနိုင်သော အသုံး
You will not use Smile VPN to break the law, harm other people, send malware, attack or scan systems, send spam, bypass a control you are not allowed to bypass, overload our servers, click ads by automation, or hide fraud. 5. Advertising၅. ကြော်ငြာ
Ads pay for the free app. They may appear as a banner, when you return to the app, on a timer, after you connect, or as a rewarded ad before a session. Formats and gaps are set on our dashboard and depend on Google filling the request. Finishing a rewarded ad can start the rewarded session length. It does not create an account. Smile VPN is an independent service. Meta Platforms, Inc. does not operate, sponsor or endorse it. Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and the other names on this site belong to their owners. We may change servers, the package list, session minutes, the ad schedule or other features. We may refuse, limit or end access to protect the service, follow the law, deal with abuse, or do maintenance. To the extent the law allows, Smile VPN is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or free of every risk. A VPN does not remove every privacy or security risk. To the extent the law allows, Smile Thai VPN and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, an outage, what a third party does, or a failure to open a particular app or site. These terms follow the law that applies, without taking away consumer protections that law forces us to keep. If one sentence cannot be enforced, the others stay. Not enforcing a sentence once is not a waiver. We may update these terms and will change the date on this page.
