There is no Smile VPN account to close. What we can delete on our side is the installation id and the session records stored with it. This page explains how to ask.ပိတ်ရမည့် Smile VPN အကောင့် မရှိပါ။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ဘက်က ဖျက်နိုင်တာက installation id နဲ့ အဲဒါနဲ့ သိမ်းထားသော session မှတ်တမ်းပါ။ ဘယ်လိုတောင်းရမလဲ ဒီစာမျက်နှာက ရှင်းပြပါတယ်။
1. Ask from the app၁. App ထဲက တောင်းပါ
- Open Smile VPN.Smile VPN ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။
- Open Settings.Settings ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။
- Tap Request Data Deletion.Request Data Deletion ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
- Send the email that opens. The subject is already “Smile VPN Data Deletion Request” and the message includes the installation id stored on that phone.ပွင့်လာသော email ကို ပို့ပါ။ Subject က “Smile VPN Data Deletion Request” လို့ ရေးပြီးသားပါ။ စာထဲမှာ အဲဒီဖုန်းမှာ သိမ်းထားသော installation id ပါပါတယ်။
Do not add an access key, a password, an advertising id, or other personal details that we do not need to find the record.မှတ်တမ်းရှာဖို့ မလိုသော access key၊ စကားဝှက်၊ ကြော်ငြာ id၊ တခြားကိုယ်ရေးအချက်ကို မထည့်ပါနဲ့။
2. Ask by email if the app is gone၂. App မရှိတော့ရင် email ပို့ပါ
Write to [email protected] with the subject “Smile VPN Data Deletion Request”. Include the installation id if you still have it, for example from an earlier copy of the prepared message. 3. What we delete၃. ဘာကို ဖျက်လဲ
After we can match the id, we delete or de-identify the session records stored for that installation, including the server choice, the session type, and the start, expiry and end times. An open session is closed so it can no longer be used. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling removes the installation id, server choice and ad timers from the phone. It does not by itself delete the copy on our server. Send the request above if you want that copy removed. 4. What may remain၄. ကျန်နိုင်တာ
We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, or where we need it for security, to stop repeat abuse, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce the Terms. If something must stay, we will say so in the reply when we can do that without revealing another person’s data. 5. How soon၅. ဘယ်လောက်မြန်လဲ
We will acknowledge the request and act without undue delay, inside the time the law that applies to you requires. We may ask a short follow-up if the id is missing or does not match a record.
